Concept- Black Shadow

The police, the government and the military is under the control of an incredibly powerful gang. Murders are rampant in the streets, the police do nothing to enforce the law. Anyone who acts out against the gangs are quickly murdered. Prisons are simply a breeding ground for gangsters. A police sergeant tries to keep himself alive by staying under the radar. That changes one day when a high ranking lieutenant kidnaps, and murders his daughter. He swears revenge, and finds like minded individuals in the army and the police force. They form a secret covert Ops group and wage a shadow war against the gangs. The police sergeant spies on many corrupt co-workers, and is able to feed information to the Shadow group. The shadow group ambushes, sabotages, and guns down several of the gangster’s actions with incredibly well planned and executed plans. Theses may involve sabotaging key parts of the gangster’s plans, such as barring a door shut, collapsing a tree to block a road, and then planting booby traps along the detour, or taking the place of the gangster’s contact. The draw the full attention of the gangsters, every shadow group member must remain hidden as the very people they work with are trying to discover and expose them. The Police captain is a close friend of the sergeant, but works for the gangsters. He interrogates the sergeant and carefully watches the sergeant’s every move. The entire shadow war group is under constant scrutiny while they are trying to fight their secret war. The gang lieutenant starts to track down the Police sergeant, ultimately resulting in the sergeant being discovered and chased by the lieutenant and his cronies. The sergeant kills the cronies off by using the urban environment ingeniously. The sergeant ultimately gets revenge on the lieutenant, and discovers the Gang boss’s upcoming schedule. Using this information, the shadow group goes on the offensive, launching an attack on the gangster’s main base in the city, and drives the gang out of the city. The city may be clean, but the rest of country is still gang dominated.
